Real-world success hinges on consistency: consistent preparation, consistent positioning, consistent monitoring, and consistent communication between families and care teams. One mother in our NICU follow-up clinic shared, ‘At 8 weeks, my daughter was gaining 9 g/day and spitting up 8 times daily. By week 3 on Avianah, she gained 31 g/day and had just one small spit-up.
