The Origins and Design of the Bernie Positioner

Medications like ranitidine were withdrawn from the U.S. market in 2020 due to NDMA contamination risks; current first-line pharmacotherapy is omeprazole suspension, dosed at 0.7 mg/kg/day for infants ≥1 month, per 2022 NASPGHAN guidelines.
